Families forcibly displaced from Artsakh will be offered the opportunity to receive a home free of charge, enabling them to enjoy all the rights and privileges of home ownership, except for the option to sell or rent out the property.

Lorik Fund acquires the home, completes any necessary renovations, and provides essential furniture and appliances. A contract is established between the non profit and the beneficiary, stipulating that the home must remain the family's primary residence and cannot be sold or rented out.

After ten years the home will be signed over to the family.

Thirteen refugee families from Artsakh have already received homes.
